  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing complaints, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
